I get angry very easily. I don't hit or yell. I rage internally and it's not healthy. My resolution is to find a way to turn my annoyances into something productive, or to learn how to not get so angry so quickly. I shouldn't envision smacking people when they do something that's insensitive. I also shouldn't expect people to understand my feelings if I don't tell them what's bothering me. So, resolution # 2 is to be more outspoken with what I am feeling. Maybe everyone will benefit.

I hear you. You can't change other people, and it's not your fault.

You can't always change a certain situation, but you can change how you respond. You are on the right track.

Things make me angry too, and not like social media "trigger" things, but my family and people who keep wanting to fight, and then complain when I don't try to make peacce to their standards.

^Yes. That's a big one. Even when I try to resolve a situation, certain people will say I apologized wrong, or it wasn't good enough.

I'm proud of you for introspecting and working on yourself. Most people would just say, "People need to stop pissing me off."

My emotional rage has been through the roof. I'm not physically violent, but I want to scream at times. I understand what you are doing through.

Just remember to breathe, deep slow breaths. 'Exhale. Count to four. Inhale. Count to four.'
