I get angry very easily. I don't hit or yell. I rage internally and it's not healthy. My resolution is to find a way to turn my annoyances into something productive, or to learn how to not get so angry so quickly. I shouldn't envision smacking people when they do something that's insensitive. I also shouldn't expect people to understand my feelings if I don't tell them what's bothering me. So, resolution # 2 is to be more outspoken with what I am feeling. Maybe everyone will benefit. I just try to remember something i learned from playing Wolfenstein. Just remember to breathe, deep slow breaths. 'Exhale. Count to four. Inhale. Count to four.' Do breathing exercises really work for you?

When you focus on controlling your breathing you're forcing your body to relax. Your heartrate and your body stops being so tense.
