Since '84. Never seen one ever at a resale shop, nor garage sale. Never broke or flaked out? I never saw one in person either.

Nope. Still running all original parts. That's amazing. I had a sega break in under 5 years.

I had two third party Genesis controllers not last for a year, I think. All my Sega stuff is working pretty well, but I've used cleaners for mine though, along with taking them apart and cleaning them occasionally over the years too.
And Vectrexes are built like tanks.

Well, it looks like people have been all talk here, with no additions to the wiki.
If anyone wants, I can add an arcade to it, although we'd have to go back and forth with several questions on here or via pm. However, if you went to a lot of arcades like I have ever from back in the day, I'm not doing 20 or anything, I'll just do one!

^Any place that has at least three machines is eligible. That means anything from a full-fledged arcade that had up to dozens, if not a hundred machines to even a movie theatre lobby that only has three games can go in. The Vectrex sounds amazing. Its the old stuff that never breaks. Occasionally they do, as their capacitors can dry out and need replacing. And they ARE amazing indeed Even though cartridges, at most, weigh in at only 64K (most are even well below 32K).

Who approves it? You or someone else? I am trying to work on something with Andrew, but we're not the best writers.

It'd be me, since there aren't any other admins or anything. Plus in regards to something like this: 100+ is still a great collection. It'll keep growing. I've done 75-80 or more of those 100 pages. That's not a real good ratio.

I'm thinking about adding a page about my favorite childhood arcade that now ceases to exist. It turned into a furniture store. If you are interested, I will dig up and upload photos I took of the place in the early 2000s.

That'd be great! Especially as far as the old pictures go, considering places like an arcade in San Jose, California, 1982-1983 here, and a Pipe Organ Pizza back in possibly the late 1970s, those can really be gold.

I added one of the outdoor sign and one of the game tokens. Unfortunately, 2005 digital cameras weren't the best. I do have have a few other pictures though.
