I'm starting to think that insomnia comes from some type of MI. I mean it plagues me when I get stressed and anxious. How do you deal with sleep problems?

Yes, reading can help put your mind in another place and help your eyes get tired.

TV would be more likely to be distracting.
Read a book your are interested in. It does help.

Thoughts can keep me up at night sometimes. Do something to try to clear your head. Also focus on your body - not your mind. Focus on relaxing each muscle. It helps

^Its herb tea and not true tea so theres not caffeine. The herb will relax u so ur gonna sleep

Can you build a tolerance to it? If you use it a lot, do you need to take more for it to work?

Anything used excessively will eventually be tolerated by the body and you will need more for the same effect
