Can you build a tolerance to it? If you use it a lot, do you need to take more for it to work? Hmmm i donno it. I drink all nites and it didnt give me a problem.

Try taking a hot bath. It helps me sometimes even though I'm not a bath person.

I do too. That's why I refuse to take my medication for anxiety and depression.
