We made corned beef and cabbage the other day. I chopped the meat and veggies up, shredded cheese and made a quesadilla

Whenever we have leftover chicken, my gf always makes shredded BBQ chicken sadwiches for lunch the next day.

are you serious? they're only the best thing in the world... although, I've never heard of one with cabbage and corned beef...
i love making sandwiches out of turkey, chicken, and meatloaf <3

A quesadilla is 2 pieces of tortilla bread with filling in between (almost always containing at least cheese), cooked briefly on each side.
