Not really.
me and my ex talked about it a few times (together for about 6 years before we broke up) and like the idea of getting married was always just a jokey on the table maybe thing like imo, if your partner knows you love them there's no real reason to get married unless you want to share assets or something.
I might be a bit too gay to understand weddings lol, growing up i was never super certain if it would even be legal for me to get married.

I don't know if I ever want a wedding. Marriage at a court sounds fine.

Neo People spend thousands of dollars on one day when they don’t even own a house. My wedding was less than 1k and that was mostly food/drink. My dress was $20 and I wore a necklace my grandma gave me that day just because it was from her. I didn’t like it. Half my “wedding party” aka close friends (no we didn’t have designated best man and blah blah and rehearsals) ended up in the pool in our dress clothes. It was 90 out. I wrestled my husband to the ground trying to get cake in his face(I lost) and my mom was yelling the whole time. I made my own cake with the coolest toppers(the game characters we met as because we met on an MMORPG). I got a little too drunk. If I had to do it all over again, I would have hired someone to man the grill but other than that I actually really enjoyed my wedding just how it was. My cousin got ordained beforehand and she was the one that officiated. Edit: actually I would have paid to have the whole thing catered, nothing fancy but just anything. I spent the days beforehand cooking and it was very stressful. Taco bar, I don’t know. People just wanted to eat, no one cared what.
