I think every time I have told them it ended up ruining the relationship. Or, they felt the same way, we dated for a bit, and then the friendship ended up ruined - but still same result in the end.

I've had this go both ways. I lost one friend forever. Another friend liked the attention, but we grew apart naturally over time. However, I liked fire.wolf [006] before he liked me. I decided to write him a love letter as a teenager. At the time, he said it made him cry. We stayed friends, but he didn't feel the same. We started dating in college and have been together since November of 2003.

Never really had a relationship or a crush on a girl in all honesty. I mostly keep to myself and just have friendships not really a deep relationship leading to dating and marriage.
