i can replicate the issue on about any website, but it's kinda hard. the best way i can explain this happening is the connection to the server pauses about half way through of loading the website, and it forgets to load elements of the website. this case being the style sheet.
one test i did was loading my website while uploading an updated style sheet at the same time. it's not loaded yet, so you get default font settings of whatever your browser has it set to. i have a lot of free time lol.
i mean owen broke the website. 100%.
