Per current ToS rules, we can have a thread that discusses robo-callers and spam texts where the identities of the senders are tied to organizations whose information is already public. If you received a call/text from a spoofed number and then shared it here, that could potentially be a privacy violation. As stated above, you also cannot blackmail anyone, post a private number, and claim they did something nefarious to you. There are already sites for this type of thing though, and I'm not sure if a thread here would be of much benefit.
