New testament is full of wisdom and old testament also. I am enjoying. What do you like most from the New Testament? I'm posting this question here, sloane, so that I don't lose track of it.

Favorite aquarium animal and why? The Betta fish (/k/a the Siamese fighting fish), primarily for the colorful appearance. Brown.

New testament is full of wisdom and old testament also. I am enjoying. What do you like most from the New Testament? I'm posting this question here, sloane, so that I don't lose track of it. I have three areas of interest there. (1) the Gospels >>> Each of the four (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) Gospels tell the story of Jesus Christ, each from a different perspective. Matthew's is told for the Jewish community in Roman Judea, Mark's is for the Hellenistic and Roman communities, while Luke's is told for the Gentile (non-Jewish or non-Roman) community. John is the outlier because it speaks to those already converted to Christianity. (2) the Pauline Epistles. They include locational epistles, written to early churches across the Mediterranean regions of the Roman Empire, the personal epistles written to Timothy, Titus and Philemon along with his expository on the Christian faith, the Book of Hebrews. Those books essentially discuss the core tenets of the Christian faith in various way but with a common purpose. (3): Revelation. Written by the Apostle John while confined to the Isle of Patmos, Revelation is the second prophetic book of the Bible alongside Daniel and tells of the end of the world in prophesy (TL/DR, Sloane: Jesus Christ wins, Satan loses)

Have you ever been voted as anything other than member of the month out in the real world? Not that I remember. Either a St. Bernard dog or Irish wolfhound.
