I know this can be good or bad, but I really appreciate it and I thought of
it because of our recent watch parties. I remember spending hour at the library digging for simple inforfmation and now I can watch events happen in real time from dozens of different views and it's un-freakin-believable.
I feel lucky. I appreciate it.

Even if the news is mostly negative, I also appreciate the ease of access to research and information.

I agree with you, but I appreciate the struggle we went through so that we can appreciate what we have today.

^Yes if I was born with a smart phone in my hands, maybe I wouldn't appreciate any of it.

Yes ^ this forum and the news watch parties.

I'm hyped from tonight too and it's not the topic of what we watched, but that we had the ability to see history live.

I do often rave about the easy of access to info, but it's also dangerous. People believe the lies too.

I like that the internet doesn't have time limits and you can look up what you want whenever you want.

Not necessarily the news, but I like 24/7 access to information IF we want it.

Access to information changed a lot since we were kids. It's good and bad. There's a lot of dangerous misinformation out there now too.

Or 24/7 media in general.
No TV guide. No waiting for something to be on.

I do like that we can watch whatever we want, whenever we want, be it news or anything, really. On TV or online.
Remember the olden days when you had to use encyclopedias to gather information?
