Did any of you have a good experience with your education? I am far into my adulthood. I still have scars from my bullies. I never used my degree. I made friends, but can't tell if it was a waste. I don't still talk to most of my friends. I never made a career for myself. I'm a very undecided adult. I spend all my time online. Shouldn't I do more? These kids on TikTok make millions. I feel unsuccessful.

^Life isn't fair for many. Teachers hated when Slade made it big with all their misspellings for their songs ( "Cum On Feel the Noize", "Mama Weer All Crazee Now") and rappers are even worse with their slang and Ebonics they use (Bill Cosby said that, by the way, not me. But he was right), yet many of them made millions too.
Can't really say much else in regards to the rest except it's not uncommon to not use your degree. It happens.

Are you at all happy in life? Do you even want to be TikTok famous? Or do you just want the money?

I don't think you really want to be a TikTok celeb. I think you just want to be making more money than you are. And I'm sorry certain scars from the past are still with you.

High school and college memories come into my head sometimes. I never used my degree either. You can dwell, or maybe you can find the job of your dreams. What's stopping you?
Here for you!

I don't work in my field either. Try to make the best of what you have. You still have a lot of doors open to you. I know you'll get the job you want.

Some memories will stay with you. Try to let them go. These people of the past have no power over you anymore.

Not everyone uses your degree and there's no law that says you have to. College can be about the life experience you had too.

Same. I still get pissed off memories from time to time and I never ended up with a "career" like I was supposed to.

I never ended up an IT guy or a famous musician. I hang out with you guys all day. I work in an office. Am I OK most of the time still? Yeah. Celebrate the victories you do have.

My degree initially was an expensive way of saying, "Do you want fries with that."
Apply to the jobs you want. You'll find the right one. Don't settle.

I never used my degree. It pisses me off if I think about it, but I'm OK with the direction of my life. I don't need a career I guess. Maybe health care and a pension just are things of the past.

Same. I never became a pastor, never finished the education, and just settled. Why did our whole generation just settle!?

I've been doing basic jobs for over 20 years now. Never settled into a career. I'm annoyed too. Not really sure if I'd want to be at the same place for decades either. I'm an adult and really undecided.
