Why do teens feel the need to define their worth by fatal challenges? I mean, people know better, right?
If they do, what makes anyone think they'll be cool at school by putting laundry detergent in their mouth?
That's just one of the many big NAY challenges and trends on social media these days. I'm glad social media
didn't exist to glorify horrifying trends when I was younger. In person manipulation was bad enough.

It's not even just TikTok. A lot of things get hashtagged that people copy on all social media platforms.
I don't scroll through and go "cool." I scroll through and go "you idiot!"

I can't advocate for that platform. It's dangerous and I worry about my friends and family trying out "challenges" they see.

this is why they should pass the bill to ban younger people on social media. they're not going to read the health risk warnings printed in big font on all of the packages. their parents obviously don't care or don't realize their kid is playing with bad chemicals. social media needs to be like how it was when i was using it in the 90's.

The app needs to come with a warning. Kids can't even tell what challenges are satire. The origins of some are from people who aren't even doing the challenge.
