I just finished up my very first ever chicken and waffle meal. We get senior lunches here fairly often and they're pretty decent for the most part.
Originally I said we could eat the chicken and then have the waffle the next morning for breakfast, but the waffle looked so good I decided to try it once. Yeah, it doesn't really work, if you ask me, at lunch.
Mom said you can get waffles with pork chops or even steak at some restaurants; ugh. Not for me. Might seem "normal" to people who were raised on that but not to me.
Home Improvement had an episode once where they brought a cook onto Tool Time where he did real-life dishes (and I imagine the guy was a real-life cook) that combined odd ingredients. The one he did on the show was a combination of a hamburger with cherries. At *first* I thought that sounded too weird but then after a while thought it might not be bad. Best line after Al took the first bite of his cherry burger:
Al: It's beefy, yet fruity!
Tim: Like Al!
Post unusual meat stuff you've at least heard of and/or tried here.

Chicken and waffles is something I eat once per week. Very common thing to eat here.

Fried chicken + waffles is one of the best things to get in a diner or pancake house.
I don't know what would count as weird. Even bacon goes on ice cream.

Chicken + waffles = normal. Bacon + ice cream = normal. Sausage + maple syrup = normal. Lamb + chicken noodle soup = normal.
Nothing is even weird when it comes to meat. It goes with everything.

Maybe the time I put bacon in a fruit smoothie was the weirdest.
I have fried chicken with pancakes a few times a year.

Maybe meatloaf and applesauce. But it still tasted OK. I'm a weirdo.

Mmm I love fried chicken with ranch and waffles.
Maybe the weirdest meat thing I did was put lamb inside of a turkey.

Churro on the outside with salami on the inside, but I ate it anyway. Sweet plus meat is pretty good.

I think when places mix the vegan condiments with the meat burger. Those taste weird to me.

Chicken and waffles is the best.
Weird to me might be chicken on birthday cake, but I'd eat it.
