It will work similarly to the dice game in the Forum Games section of the forum and will only be available in that section of the forum. I did not create the dice game, but I would be creating the 8 Ball game.
How will it work?
You type in a yes/no/maybe question. You click the 8 Ball button, which I'll likely put next to the dice game button. You submit your reply. It'll pull a response out of a pool of responses that I put into a database. Your reply to the thread will post with your question and a random answer.
This is just an idea I have. No coding has been put into this yet.
