I don't think most features work in Tapa. You probably need to use a PC.

All badges and shop items require JavaScript to be running. So, they won't work in Tapatalk or the mobile version of the forum. Use a web browser on a desktop device, or use a normal browser on your phone and temporarily set it to desktop mode. If you need help with either of those, please let me know.
