Why is it that about 50% of the time when I hit the yellow emojee thingie nothing happens? In fact just now I hit it, and nothing.......

It needs Javascript to run. I can't use it on mobile. What browser are you using?

Does it happen when you create topics OR make replies?

It's that Microsoft one, can't remember the name. Let me log off and I'll check and get back to you on that.
P.S.Microsoft Essentials? I wonder if my ad blocker is to blame? Shouldn't be as I whitelisted the 2 ProBoard thingies.

Does it happen when you create topics OR make replies? I'll post and 50% of the time no issue. But 50% of the time I click on after I've made my post then click the emojee thingie, and nothing happens. P.S. It can happen on both. (topics/replies)

I think there is a semi known issue in topic creation. It should always work in quick reply.

At least 50% of the time it works. I guess I can live with that. But on two posts on this thread it did not and I tried it a few times. And now I can't do it a second time on this post.

At least 50% of the time it works. I guess I can live with that. Christina and Firewolf006 wrote the code themselves. Maybe they can check after work. Is it consistent in where it doesn't work?

Firewolf and I will definitely take a look and try to replicate your issue. If you have any additional information that you think will help, please let me know.
When you notice it happen again, please let me know the exact thread and whether you were trying to use the button in the quick reply, advanced reply, or elsewhere.
Which version of Edge are you using? I will run tests in the exact same browser.

Which version of Edge are you using? Honestly I don't have a clue. What I can tell you is that as an old fashioned guy I refused to give up my antiquated Windows 7, but I did get some Windows 10 upgrades done. The techie geek didn't really explain to me what they were, except to say that it would boost my security. Not sure if this has anything to do with it.
I just now tried to click on an emojee and it didn't work...... (just screwed up on the bold and line type thingie, for this post)

Are you using edge legacy or chromium. The icon you click when you open the browser are different.
Edge legacy should look like a solid lower case "e" with a chunk missing of the top right side.
Edge chromium look like a swirl that kind of looks like an "e" light green to dark blue.
Or go to useragentstring.com, paste what it says at the very top here. It should start with "Mozilla 5.0
Usually what happens is the sequence of scripts gets interrupted, or don't load conpletely. I'll try to narrow down the problem
