ReySky, I guess it's a link that shouldn't be there. ProBoards doesn't support RSS and the black theme is made for mobile only.

It might be an outdated link. RSS doesn't work with ProBoards.
The dark theme was never made the be desktop compatible. Sorry about that!

As far as I know, ProBoards just has to remove the link, and to reiterate, the dark theme won't look right on a desktop device.

I removed the link from the info center, but I accidentally moved it somewhere else. I'll have to work on that.
Edit:
The RSS link should be gone from all themes.
