It's 100% phone functional and maybe 89% PC. Some things won't work right on PC.

Very few things look wrong on the PC, but you can still use it. I think a few people will have stars that appear on 2 lines and that's the only "defect."

It was made for mobile use, yes, but it's just a few cosmetic things that won't look right on the computer.

I use the black theme on the computer. The shop items and profile stars look weird, but I ignore them. I think people with really high post counts have stars on 2 lines.

It's functional. It was just never made to look as perfect as the blue theme.

Like everyone mentioned, it's 100% functional on your phone, but some things will look weird on the computer. It'll still be completely functional on the computer, but whatever you do notice will be cosmetic.
