More traffic would cost us more money. I don't mind so much as to what's open and what's not. I think only tech forums should be 100% open.

I like that this board is not SO GINORMOUS in members that I don't feel like I know anyone. I like that I see the same handful of names enough that I get a feel for other members' personalities and who they are, so to speak. I feel like I have legit friends here and I feel like also other people recognize/know who I am, so to speak. I don't feel like I have just gotten lost amid the crowd. I feel like this board is still pretty active (which I like!) but also still maintaining a bit of close knit community.

We are a big group of friends. |
