Statewide, it hasn't been banned, but it's up to every individual city to make its own rules here. Many places have to just leave the candy on the porch. Other places are only allowed "trunk or treating" where you take candy from trunks of a car in a parking lot. What's going on by you?

I just see people saying it's not ran by the government so they're gonna do what they want. The stores are still selling costumes. There's still gonna be people trick or treating, probably just less people handing out candy. People will probably just leave candy out but it wont be fair when there's the kids that dump the whole bowl in their sack..

I don’t think it’s canceled here, but this is the first year I’m not excited for it. Before we moved, we would go to my grandmas town and trick or treat her street. It was the perfect amount of houses before our littles got exhausted, and my grandma got to go with us and show off her grand babies to the neighbors.
Probably not doing anything this year. Maybe some “scary” kids movies and some pumpkin carving at home. Hopefully we’ll be moved into the house but then.

I don't think anyone is allowed to open the door for anyone.

Not entirely. But it's up to every town. So I might put candy outside. I won't be home anyway.

No. I just heard that "halloween masks don't count as masks." So, I don't know where they have to wear the covid mask. Under or over the other??
