My grand-daughter was just diagnosed, but I'm having trouble understanding. Her parents aren't explaining and I was hoping to see what my friends here had to say before I looked up information in an encyclopedia. For reference, she's 14.

She's about 18. She's I guess a "loner" in school. She's introverted, keeps to herself, gets anxious in new situations.

I am here for you. There are people I can ask if you want me to get you connected to them. A member here did post about this in the past, but I believe she has been hospitalized (for other reasons) and has been away for a few years.

Her mental state was NOT ok the last time I chatted with her, but she stopped messaging me over a year ago unfortunately.
