Just got my hands on a Vitamix to help me eat healthier. Now I really need ideas on what to make, or feel free to tell me anything you know or remember about the Vitamix. All types of replies are welcome.

You only need one recipe:
1.5 cups cranberry juice 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 4 heaping spoons of yogurt 2 scoops sorbet (strawberry or mixed berry) 7 big ice cubes

My go to was a scoop of protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, blueberries, almond butter, half a banana and handful of spinach

Make hummus too!!
HUMMUS
2 14-oz cans garbanzo beans (undrained) 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 3 garlic cloves 1/4 cup tahini 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients except olive oil into a Vitamix or other high-powered blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Use your tamper to push ingredients into the blade if it’s not blending on its own. Add extra-virgin olive oil as needed to reach desired consistency. Serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables or as a sandwich spread.
