They look fun, and I can theorize how they might work, but I don't know if I could do it long term, unless it was on wheels and I could move around.

I finished all of Tiny House Nation on Netflix. They failed to describe anything that's important like running water, especially the ones on wheels. If there's no running water, how do I fill the trailer with water? Do I get my power from solar panels? I have more questions than answers.

^You need to consider land too. You can't just park anywhere. If you rent the land, you have to pay. If you own the land, there are taxes.

I know. It's very overwhelming and I think that a manufactured home that's built into the ground might be easier. It's just a small house.

If you have a location in mind, or at least a state, you can see what's available in your state, assuming you aren't looking to have a custom house built.

I'm not sure what I want, where I want it, or how much I can get lol... It's not depressing or anything. Don't worry about that. I might try to find someone to help me plan all this. Realtors have been absolutely useless. None of them respond to my questions about houses.

Some realtors suck. They only talk to you if they think they'll get a good commission off a sale. I hate that crap.

I know and it's not fair. They don't work JUST on commission. I don't know why they don't do their jobs better.
