Ever consider that the best blogs and content come from people who aren't trying to put out a persona and aren't trying to impress? Even if they are being a totally fake character, they already ARE that character? I think my blogs always failed because I always tried to be what I thought people wanted.

I think it's OK to post in character, but you should be that character inside and out. Don't forget their personality and switch back and forth.

That’s part of the trap of YouTube. You end up not really being yourself or living life as you otherwise would because you have to be this character people want/expect.
That’s part of the reason I hate day in the life you tubers that post everyday. They content also isn’t typically high quality and usually doesn’t provide much actual information.

Don't try to be someone you're not. Honesty is what attracts me to a post or video. Then continued honest earns a follow.

Yes but for me I don't know where to beging so I don't even try. I don't know how to just write and share in a public setting. I don't know how to attract an audience.
