Actually, I was thinking Christmas is still pretty far off. The past few years I started the Christmas music thread around this time and many replies just said excited but will listen later. So.. I'm still working on a playlist but it wont be public until mid to late October.

Yeah people will wait either way. But the list editing and the thread usually finish in the first week of December. The first year I started that thread it was Nov 12 and it got barely a dozen replies. So I feel like November is too late to start and September is too early.

I'd be up for this, but only if it was shipping within the UK. Unfortunately, I doubt I'd be able to afford to ship abroad.

I usually start jamming the Christmas tunes right around/before Thanksgiving.

Right now, none of the other UK members signed up, but we'd love to have new people in the swap. SO... maybe the person you buy for will like something simple that doesn't cost too much to ship, like a tshirt, a diary, or something small. What do you think? OR... you could send them an Amazon gift card. However, psssttt those in the USA, do you mind shipping to the UK!? This has to be a two-way street.

Small gifts and gift cards could easily work to save on shipping. Part of the fun is unwrapping gifts though. So, you could always use a vendor in the other person's country, and pay an extra $3 for gift wrapping. Then have the vendor ship directly to your elf.
