Only do what you can afford. You don't have to pay for someone's $200 order. But maybe you can pay for the person in front or ahead of you. Their reaction could be priceless.

Done. I bouught $15 worth of food for a random family. I don't think they spoke English. They never stopped saying "gracias" to me.

I think I'm going to buy a $10 Walmart gift card and then hand it to a random person. I like the giftcard idea. It gives her person more privacy and it seems less awkward than handing over cash.
