I think we forget that it's ok to stop, look around, and help ourselves. We can work on our physical and mental health. We can do these things w/o guilt. Today, do something to make yourself feel better.

I helped myself today by tackling chores. I did laundry, dished by hand, and matched all my shoes. I leaned a major room in the house.
