New Image Uploader

The IMGBB Image Uploader, which was accessed by clicking on the "Add Image" button sometimes inserted weird links into posts. I know most of you use an offsite uploader or just remove the links, but you can also try something new.

When you create a thread, you will now see an icon which will allow you to upload your image to TinyPic.

Inconveniences I've noticed:
-The TinyPic one will not insert the image into your post automatically. You have to copy and paste the UBB code.
-It doesn't allow you to upload multiple images at once.
-If the image is too big vertically, you'll have to resize the frame to copy the UBB code.

Regardless, both uploaders are currently enabled.  Feel free to try the new one.
