I see others where the owner is never present and just rents it out in the summer. Do you have a summer home?

A lot of the beach houses I see for rent are $900 per week. So, assuming you're splitting it with family or friends, it's not much.

That's not so bad actually. And it was probably a lot more spacious than a hotel.
