Posting under Psychology because I think what I experienced a month ago was something from another world. I'm not even sure if was sleep paralysis. I wasn't sure if I was asleep or awake. But I thought I was awake and that I couldn't move any of my limbs, but also that my bed disappeared. I was reaching all around me and couldn't find anything. Then, I woke up for sure in the morning, and remembered the whole thing.

This one time I kicked over furniture in my sleep but I was dreaming I was trapped on an island and couldn't swim.

It doesn't make you creazy or anything. Dream and awake states can get confused.
