Let's have a cardio day today. Walk/run as much as you want. Post your progress. My goal is 2 miles.

2 miles is actually really easy and realistic. Walk around a mall for 50 minutes and boom, done.

Exactly and mall walking counts as exercise.

People often forget all the walking they do all day.
It doesn't have to be at a gym or on the street.

I might get a pedometer and see how much I move around the office alone.

^IMO a few miles a day if you're up and down to the printer and fax a lot.

Does it only count as cardio though if you do it in one duration of time?

I don't run. But I'll make the walking goal.

^Running isn't the best thing for you anyway.

I wobble when I try to run. I don't land properly.

Walked. Had a lot of nuts and small meals. No running.
