Santa did mail your gift via UPS and will check with UPS when he/she gets home tonight. Maybe the driver left it by the wrong door. Hopefully your gift will reach you.

Santa wants to know how you got notification of this package if it never reached you. Did they leave a ticket?

UPS told Santa that you should have it this afternoon.

Maybe you can also call and ask. Tell him you have a delivery notice, but no delivery.

Hopefully! This happened before with UPS. I'm kinda suspicious of my local drivers and I try to keep them on short notice.

It happened to me before. They delivered my medicine to the wrong house.

A message from Santa:

So I registered an account on ups.com to file a claim but was unable to do so because I shipped it directly from a UPS store or some **** so I called them up and they were more than happy to tell me that the package was delivered yesterday like half a dozen times. I told them that the package was never received and that I wished to file a claim. They asked for the phone number of the person who was supposed to receive the package which I don't have. I told them I didn't have it but could verify any of my information or the name/address of the receiver but that was apparently not could enough to start an internal investigation.

I escalated to a supervisor who was happy to take my phone number as a point of contact once I verified my information 3 more times. They are starting an internal investigation but it won't show up in my UPS Claims Dashboard because I shipped it directly from a UPS store which is apparently its own little third party entity or some ****. Can we ask [elf] to triple check the area surrounding his specified drop zone or whatever it is :\. I'll be unhappy if I went through all of that because they dropped it in a mailbox instead of at the front door or something weird like that.

Do you also have community mailboxes for packages?
