I was supposed to start a new health routine. I did really well yesterday. Then I slipped already and ate bags of crap. I ate thousands of calories already. Food is just an addiction to me and it's my biggest form of self harm right now. This is my current confession.

Take it a day at a time. Once you get 3 days in a row, the rest will be easy peesy.

that's not how a binge works. it's only satisfying if the food is disgusting like chips or candy
