Craigslist and HotJobs are the easiest places to find remote jobs as a W2 employee. NYC and Austin list the most jobs. They will hire anyone in the USA with experience.

I've done UserTesting recommended by the admin. It's not a full-time job. She recommended it and I know a few others on here have used it. I've gotten a steady $90-$150 USD per month. It helps.

User Testing is good. Validately also pays. They send emails constantly. I only qualify for about 1 in 10 of them, but they pay every two weeks. |

VOT does have real jobs, but 95% of them require you to make outbound calls. And, they only accept your resume if you have it hosted on a VOT website. |

Appen Global has a strict hiring process, BUT, they are good for ~$350 per month and all you need is a smart phone.

I get about $50/month from UserTesting and $50 a month from Validately. Both are good suggestions.

Most online jobs will be part-time, but you can snag a ton o them.

1099 is common. You'll have to do a schedule c for each one.

Go with Validately. You earn a dollar a minute on most tests.
