Anxiety around your cycle? A few days before and during, I have really strong anxiety. Sometimes it lasts an hour, sometimes a few minutes, but I always end up physically shaking and get near vomiting. I just got prescribed Ativan to see if it helps. Luckily, I'm probably just a few years away from stopping periods for life.

Yes, it is so much worse. I have to take something every day of my period too. It almost gives me sizures that it gets so bad.

Yes. Anxious and emotional about everything. Sad for no reason.

My mood has extreme highs and lows, but it's not just anxietey.

I have a small dose of Ativan that I only take 2 days a month for menstrual reasons.

It's easy to get a low dose, especially if you're only using 30 pills or so a year.
