Started with a shot of the Black Death, and then some smoked lamb in a liquorice sauce.  Then some smoked puffin with a blueberry sauce.  On to some Arctic char that was super crispy and tasty.  Followed by some Icelandic lobster tails.  Next was minke whale with sweet potato purée. This was the ****ing surprise of the night. Very much like beef. ****ing awesome.  Then some line caught blue ling with lobster sauce. The sauce really made it.  The last meat was a brochette of lamb with mint sauce. This was the only thing I didn't care for. It was too rare for my taste, and I don't generally like mint with my lamb.  And dessert was some kind of cake with gelato and a **** ton of berries. Very good way to end the meal.  Sorry for the sh*tty pics. I didn't want to use my flash. 11pm, and this is about as dark as it will get  |
