I guess this follows the idea of the "work friends" post.
Anyone go through this?
Co-workers who incessantly ask to hang out
Or co workers who ask you what you did over the weekend and then get upset you didn't invite them.
sh*t is bananas, broze.
Like .... leave me a lone in the Morning.

It's been 4 years. I'm not going to go out for beers, I'm not interested in a "boys night".
I'll do the dinners we go out to as a whole "team" but that's it. My circle of friends doesn't involve co workers. I can't make it any more obvious

I don't usually ask. I'm pretty aloof at work, I just want to get sh*t done and go home. Luckily I work out of my office a lot and don't have to interact all that much.

That would get annoying after a while.
When I worked in an office my co workers and I would go do happy hour or some other even about once a month or so. It was fun. Couldn't imagine all the time though.

Have a guy at work who wants me to go riding with him in a couple of week... not sure what to make of it though. He's really hot and cold, one minute he's really chill and the next he's all weird and in an aggressive mood. So I'll probably make some bullsh*t excuse up that I can't make it.

Yeah, I'd not go either. "Riding" sounds like code for something else =/

I don't experience this. Does that make me the guy begging for people to hang out?

I don't mind small talk or making pleasantries. Just don't bug me all day if I have deadlines
