Are you friends with your work friends outside of work? I find it weird that a lot of my coworkers say they never think about work at home, and that their work friends are only their friends at work. Makes me think I'm weird for considering them actual friends that I'd invite to my house for dinner.

I think I've only interacted with one work friend in the outside world and it was only once.

Worked at Kmart for a few years and too many people just wanted to throw you under a bus. I stopped trusting.  |

Kinda have to trust the guys and gals with my life every day, so yes. I'd talk to them outside of work.

I used to be good friends with people I worked with in all of my past jobs. This most recent job, I haven't really made many friends, which sort of sucks because all my friends are married and have kids now. I was supposed to go to a hookah bar with a guy after work last week but he canceled.
