Should I get this mower?

 My lawn crew ghosted me, and their prices were so good i'm ruined for other lawn companies. Prolly gonna do sh*t myself this year. I already have a blower, edger and a 19" lawnboy. I have to mow ~1 acre with several hills, trees, flower beds and other sh*t in the middle of it. Currently takes me 2.25 hours to mow it. Some of the areas around my fence and beds are a little tight, so anything bigger than this is out. I also don't want a riding mower. In my head, my choices are either this, or a bulletproof 21" Honda. Please post other ideas if you have them.

I used to mow yards in hs this one lady had a Toro push mower and it is hands down the best mower I ever used.

Started first pull everytime for 3 years. Ground up stick no problem and the self propel adjusted to your pace.
