"Eat Clean Spring" IS SO SO CONFUSING. Every website what I come across, has different theories on eating clean and they seem to contradict themselves.. They have all these spring tips for before summer, but I don't get them. What shall I do? just eat **** all and just drink water instead? My idea is to loose a lil bit of weight, but it seems to be confusing. Is spring clean different from other plans? Anyone recommend any websites for food ideas? something what's good sh*t and no bullsh*t.

it's not difficult, just eat more vegetables, lean proteins, cut out excess fats and snacks. eat slowly, and stop when you're not hungry any more, not when you're "full"

eat at a deficit and weight train

Drink water. Eat nothing processed. Pretty simple. No carbs. No soda. No pasta. ETC

ultimately they are two variables within the same equation. it doesn't matter how you reduce your calories, whether through eating less or exercising more.

i just try to minimize processed carbs like pasta / bread / ...etc.
also muscle building > cardio for burning fat
that's how I spring clean.
