Space and time are not two totally separate things

Time travel in to the future is already a known possibility, we just have to figure out how to accelerate to near light speeds. Traveling in to the past is a theory. I was thinking about this yesterday. If time travel in to the past was possible then we should have experienced this already. Unless humans do not live long enough to develop the technology.

i guess you can calcualte the year you want to travel too, divide by 2 for the round-trip, so that when you get back to earth, it's whatever year you calculated

the catch is that if you go backwards its impossible to come back so we dont even really know if they got there or if the machine just disintegrated them
