.... No, not that kind of drink I'm not sure if it's true but I've seen stats floating around that up to 75% of Americans don't drink enough water. I know I don't drink enough so I made it one of my resolutions to drink more water (96 ounces per day) and drink less sugary drinks such as soda and coffee drinks. www.stayinghealthy.org/health-benefits-of-water/
