2 packages I ordered a month ago never came, and those 2 I just happened to not buy insurance/tracking on, for the first time ever. Wasn't worth very much.
Brother bought a gift visa card for daughter and found out the last 4 digits were scratched out. Can't use and thief keeps checking if it's been activated.
