Maybe I'm wrong and men are still capable of love. Maybe I only see the bad parts of society. Maybe I should stop watching Maury and Cheaters, but it seems all men want are sex, porn, and as much as possible. I can't find a many who just wants me without expectations of acting like an object to fulfill his needs.

I think a lot of women feel the way you do, even without watching those shows. I don't see relationships like my parents have anywhere.

I do feel like some people are overly obsessed with sex and that cheating and pornography can ruin relationships.

Hey hey hey now. Let me say that every relationship is different. Not all men are bad and not all women are angels. There are some women on your beloved Maury who test 15 guys and still don't find the father.

I think it's harder now because women generally have bigger self-esteem issues. Maybe low confidence is our problem and men can't deal with it.

A lot of things probably changed since our parents' time. Social media is big. Dad would have had to leave his house to even see another woman. He's never even used a computer to date.

IMO, there are are worse things to hate the world for. You'll find who's right for you. All the sex/drug-crazed will end up together, and people will pair off with their right mate in the end.
