How do you go about making them romantic in a 30 yr relationship? Asking for my parents... Both of them seem out of ideas.

I imagine they know each other so well, but they feel like they've done it all, right?

There's really nothing at all wrong with dinner and dancing. It's always romantic.

Dinner and dancing. Maybe he could get their wedding song played.

Mine buy each other gifts and go out for dinner.
Are yours sick of the routine? Do they eat out often?

Kinda. They don't need to spice anything up, but I guess they are looking to break out of what they always do.

IMO, talk to each one separately. Be like "Hey mah, what are you doing for your anniversary?" "Hey pah, where you taking mah?" etc. Get some info out of them.
