Grabbed a caramel apple at he store the other day. Got home and found it had chocolate chips mixed with the nuts. Wtf. Why?!

Check some other super markets. It won't be worth the rush delivery online.

ANY supermarket. Don't look for a special candy store. They're by the fruit.
