I look at the 5-day forecast every day, which includes weather within the next 24hrs obviously. It was supposed to rain every day since Thursday. Completely avoided the beach this weekend. It hasn't rained a single day. It's just been cloudy.

You'd think they'd be better at this by now.

Same. Acuweather used to be good. I also didn't go to the beach because of the predicted rain.

Andrew, do you have your own car in the city?

Nope. NYC Transit had discounts all weekend too.

I would hate that. There's maybe like 3 weekends left to go to the beach.

Is the boardwalk still open if it rains?

I think everything is still "open" but to drive 3 hours to hit rain, isn't fun.

I mean I know you can walk around, but are the places on the boardwalks open?

Some beaches don't have boardwalks. But if it's raining from the morning, no they won't be open.
If it starts later, they might stay open.

There is an ongoing joke in Boston that when they say 2 inches there will be 2 feet and when they say 2 feet there will be 2 inches.
But global warming...You can take that to the bank.
