Got all the touristy sh*t covered, looking for food, nightlife, not so common recommendations.
Scuba: Lanai, Carthaginian, Molokini Crater, Backwall, Turtle Reef
Golf: Wailea, Kapalua, Manele
Other: Haleakala Crater, flying, surfing, beach, hiking maybe
Set to leave on the 25th.

nightlife in Maui is OK - bars close at 2 AM over there - go to "Lifes a Beach" that's a good bar with nightlife
for nightlife you need to be on Oahu.

Ululani's shave ice. there's 3 or 4 now Kahului, Kihei, Lahaina...maybe one more not sure.
Da Kitchen Kahului near Costco.
Don't drive to Hana.
Pearls Korean bbq at queen ka'ahumanu bbq pork
Oh and relax and enjoy! I'm jelly!

Definitely not going for the nightlife but would like to roam around a bit after dinner. It kind of felt like we were missing something on the last trip, but now I know there's really not much and it's expected.
Which is fine. Relaxing on the beach works too.

Food:
1.) Mamas Fish House. (Top 5 seafood restaurant in America)
2.) Honu
3.) Fridas
4.) Hula Grill (touristy but great) Go to the barefoot bar for happy hour and an unbelievable setting.
5.) Fleetwoods rooftop bar. DO THIS TRUST ME. So cool.
6.) Lahaina Pizza Company if youre craving a solid pizza.
7.) Maui Tacos for fast cheap hawaiian mexican food.
